My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Art is looking for a loving foster home to recover in.

Reason for Foster: Ringworm

Foster Time Frame: 2+ Weeks

Foster Care Plan: Art is being treated for ringworm which is a fungal skin infection. This can be contagious, so it is recommended that he is kept separate from other pets in the home and that you wash your hands after interacting with him to reduce the risk of spread. A room without carpet or upholstered furniture is recommended.
This kiddo will need regular lime sulfur dips and will go home with an antifungal medication. We will provide a full medical consultation at pickup to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this little one.

Foster to Adopt Program: Art is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
