My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! I`m Maiden, a bubbly and friendly female Lab mix around 3 months old. I`m full of life and love to play, wagging my tail at every opportunity. I may be small now, but I`ll grow to be a medium-sized companion around 35-40 pounds, perfect for adventures or cozy cuddles on the couch! I`m gentle with everyone I meet, eager to make friends with other pups, kitties, and kids. I’m doing great with puppy pads and learn quickly with lots of treats. I`m not just looking for a home, but a family who`ll love me as much as I`ll love them. Adopting me means gaining a loyal friend, a cheerful playmate, and a gentle soul to brighten up your days!

Maiden has not yet been spayed as she is too young, that surgery is included with the adoption. She is already microchipped and has been kept current on vaccines and monthly preventatives. You can email julianshumate@gmail.com with any questions or fill out an application here: https://humanesocietyofwilkes.org/adopt/application/julians. To ensure your application was received please email the foster home. You can expect an email response within a week of applying.
