Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi there! My name is Cupcake and I`m a super soft, sweet lady who is looking for a loving family for my fur-ever home. I came to Berkshire Humane Society with my sister when our previous owners could no longer care for us. In our previous home, we weren`t trained to walk on leash and didn`t have interaction with anyone other than the humans who owned us, so we have some learning to do! That said, we`ve both been consistently going potty outside and keeping our kennels clean! Since we`ve had limited socialization and we`re fearful of many things, including loud noises, walking through tight spaces, being grabbed at and sudden movements, a home with kids ages 10+ would be ideal for us. My sister and I prefer to go home separately, as when we lived in close quarters, we agued a bit and had a few scuffles. We`ve been successful with play dates here at the shelter. Overall, I`d benefit from a patient owner who is keen on helping me work on basic obedience skills and taking things slow. Some of my favorite things are snuggling with my humans, going for walks outside, playing in the fenced-in pens and hanging out in the sunshine.
If you think I could be a good fit for your family, please call the kennel at (413) 447-7878 ext.126 to speak with staff and learn more about how to meet me and hopefully take me home! Dogs: Maybe Cats: Unknown Kids: 10+ Weight: 44 lbs.
