Tippy came to us via CADDO Parish Animal Services. The only information we received with her was a rabies certificate. The rabies vaccine was given for Tippy to cross state lines. We call her Tippy because of the white hair she has on the tips of both ears. Tippy is obviously a well cared for girl. She has nice manners, knows to sit for her dinner and noses a leash when she sees one. She has not been vetted yet with the exception of antibiotics for kennel cough. We are holding onto the hope that Tippy's family is still looking for her.
