My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Silver! Silver is an extremely sweet but shy guy! He is full of energy, loves to play, and loves giving and receiving affection from other cats. He likes to get the lay of the land before committing to new adventures. Silver carefully thinks out how things work and who and what can be trusted. He is always up for a good game of chasey around the house with other cats.

Silver is a little apprehensive at seeking petting and physical affection from people, choosing to retreat to another location when initially petted. Silver actually loves getting petted and cuddles when he finally drops his guard. He has a sweetness inside, which is evident when you do get to cuddle him. Silver wants to seek attention but is still learning.
Silver absolutely loves playing with other cats, and even loves to groom and sleep alongside them.

Silver would be a perfect match for a household who have another cat he can play with, and who are not looking for a cat to be their whole world, but who love the entertainment a cat can bring and the patience to let him become more confident in approaching people for hugs and petting.

A Grade 2 heart murmur was auscultated during exam, however no signs of congestive heart failure noted.
