My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

George and his sister Sadee was an owner surrender to us by no fault of their own. Their owner fell on hard times and had to surrender these sweeties. They are both so loving and gentle. George is around 12 and is neutered. The way he looks at you with his big beautiful eyes just melts your heart. They were both kept inside and rarely got to go out so potty training may take a little time. George is elderly so please be patient with him. Due to their age we'd like to place them in a quiet home together with a big yard to run around in. He is very much bonded with his sister so they will have to go together.

More about this rescue

The mission of Castoff Pet Rescue is to save and nurture homeless dogs; to match companion animals with loving, life-long homes; to foster responsible pet care; to control overpopulation in our community through spay/neuter programs; and to assist other shelters and rescue groups in any endeavor to benefit the animals. We believe that the same kindness, compassion, and generosity we extend to our two-legged neighbors should be given to our four-legged friends because they are not able to speak for themselves.
