My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Grillmaster - the fluffy, black-and-white cuddle expert with a heart as big as his love for cozy spots and quiet moments. This sweet boy might be a little shy at first, but don't let that fool you - once he feels safe and comfortable, he's all about snuggles, purring, and gentle affection. Grillmaster is the kind of cat who wants nothing more than to curl up next to you and bask in all the love you have to offer.

Grillmaster is great with other cats, making him the perfect companion for a multi-cat household. His calm and sweet nature helps him get along well with feline friends, and he'd thrive in a home where he can have both human and kitty companions to love and share his days with.

If you're patient, kind, and ready to help Grillmaster come out of his shell, he'll reward you with a lifetime of warmth, companionship, and fluffy cuddles. Give this precious boy the home he deserves, and you'll have a loyal friend for life. Come meet Grillmaster today and let him show you what true love looks like!

More about this rescue

Paws and Claws Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the Chicagoland area dedicated to preventing, and alleviating the suffering caused by abuse, neglect, and overpopulation. We help dogs and cats mentally and physically heal, and give them a chance to find love, a full life, and a forever home.

Our focus is on rescuing orphaned neonatal kittens, nursing kittens with their feral mothers, under-socialized cats, and dogs who have been at Chicago Animal Care and Control for too long. We see ourselves as the crossing guards for these vulnerable animals, helping them get from their past, whether that be from a traumatic home, a kennel, or a euthanasia list, to a safe and kind human who will love them.
