Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beckham was dumped in the fields of Bakersfield. A nice woman caught him and took him in and reached out for help. We arranged for transport to get him down to us. We have since been rehabilitating Beckham and learning him. He slept for several days decompressing. Then his personality started to come out! He is playful. He gets along with other dogs, cats and kids. He is a smart boy and learned routine quickly. He wants to be with his human companion and a Fur Sibling would be nice as well. We are a 501c3 organization of dedicated volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of lost, abandoned, and homeless dogs.

One Mutt at a Time, we will help eradicate the needless euthanasia of shelter animals.

We are a foster based rescue. Our dogs get to know what family life is like before they become yours!!!

Our dogs come to you vetted, vaccines UTD, spay/neuter, microchipped and full of love.

We also have a Senior to Senior Program where we place senior dogs with Senior humans, that other rescues might overlook. If you're a senior and looking for some companionship, please get in touch with us.
