My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Phantom, the sweetest, wiggliest pup around! Phantom may be a little shy at first, but he quickly warms up and loves being around his people.

While he's still polishing his house training, he's making solid progress-he usually heads to the back door when he needs to go outside.

Phantom has all that adorable puppy energy and loves to say hello, sometimes with an excited jump. He's learning to walk on a leash, though he can still pull a bit in his excitement.

Phantom is ready to form a close bond with his forever family-he's a loyal companion who wants to be by your side. If you're looking for a playful, loving pup, Phantom could be the one for you!

More about this rescue

The HSVLC is a non-profit organization that only rescues animals based on available foster homes and funding. All of our dogs and some of our cats live in foster homes. Loving families have taken them in and are caring for them until they find their furrever home. We also house many of our cats at our office location. We have four cage free rooms dedicated to housing our resident cats. You can stop by our office during business hours to visit our residents or contact us in advance to schedule a visit with one of our fosters.
