My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alexandria:
Alexandria (Xandy to her closest friends) is one of the sweetest cats you'll ever meet. Xandy is a strong young woman who has overcome a lot in her short life. Coming to PAL with an infection in both eyes, Xandy recovered sight in one eye. You would never guess she has only partial sight when you see her running and playing. It does not slow her down or stop her from using the litter box or eating and drinking like any other cat.

Xandy's favorite thing is a scratching post; she would love to have a large cat tower to climb. She's very nimble and quick. Xandy loves humans and will sit on your lap for as long as you let her. She's also very patient and tolerant of being held, receiving medical care, getting a bath, and having her ears cleaned and eyes cared for.

Xandy has spent time with two dogs (one x-small and one small). She doesn't actively try to interact with dogs but is fine with them being around. She's very playful and patient with other cats and grew up with two other kittens - Smooth and Valentina. While Xandy loves playing and being with people and other cats, she's also very happy to take a quiet nap or be by herself. She's an overall very happy kitty.
