Meet Autumn, the beautiful Bernedoodle with a heart of gold! After spending her early years in a breeding facility, she's now thriving in her foster home and ready to find her forever family. Autumn may be a little shy at first, but don't let that fool you-she warms up quickly and is as sweet as can be once she feels comfortable.
A few fun facts about this delightful girl:
Soft beds = Heaven: Autumn has discovered the magic of cozy dog beds and LOVES snuggling up on the big bed with her foster humans. She's totally into the whole "nap game."
Playtime pro: Whether it's running around in the fenced yard with her foster brothers or chasing her tail (yes, she does that), Autumn's energy is infectious. She's also a big fan of kids-what's not to love about them?
Leash walks like a champ: Autumn is doing great with leash training and is excited for walks to explore the world with her new family.
Stairs are no longer scary: At first, those stairs seemed a little daunting, but Autumn is now a stair-climbing pro. Nothing stands in her way!
House and basic training on point: She's making excellent progress with house training and is learning basic commands, but still appreciates a little guidance to keep her on track.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
