My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Han – the all-black ninja pup who’s as sweet as he is smart! He’s the cuddly companion you’ve been looking for, showering you with affection and lounging by your side for endless belly rubs. Han is an exceptional learner, ready to perform his skills, and learn even more! He's already perfecting cues like "sit" "down" "wait" "leave it" "kennel" "come" and is potty trained. Han is always ready to protect you from imaginary foes (or squirrels), and his heart is full of loyalty and love. If you're ready for a little adventure, a lot of cuddles, Han is the pup for you!

Go meet their pets

We’re so excited that you’re considering adopting from Nashville Humane Association. We’re located at 213 Oceola Ave in West Nashville, near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Charlotte Pike, and are open from 10AM until 5PM TUE through SUN (closed Mondays). We’re also closed every TUE-THUR from 12-1PM for “Quiet Hour.” As a quick heads up, our adoption process takes about an hour, and all adoptions must be finalized on-site at the shelter, so if you’re planning to visit and adopt, be sure to make accommodations for time.
