My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

For everyone who invested in smarter and faster phones until they doubted their own sanity and bought flip phones to soothe their tired brains, we bring you Flip Phone, the dog you didn't realize you needed until you figured out what you were missing. A sweet little terrier in cafe-au-lait scruff, he is finding his way back from a stint as a wee stray in a very big world. Tasty meals, warm baths and generous petting are doing the trick, allowing this brave and affectionate lad to regain his own healing properties. His silky head on your knee? Just what the doctor ordered. Come and try it! No prescription required.

Here's some notes from his foster:

Flip Phone is extremely food motivated! If you have a treat he will do anything you say! He is extremely chill. See a person? Calmly stand there and look at them. See a dog? Calmly stand there and sniff them. But he is weirdly terrified of garbage trucks, he will sprint off yelping if one drives by! (Not other trucks-just garbage trucks.)

Flip Phone is extremely quiet. I have not heard a single bark from him since we started fostering!

Additional adoption info

All of our senior mutts are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given flea/tick/dewormer medication. Regular adoptions are typically $250, and there is no adoption fee for senior adopters and Hospice adoptions, though we love donations to help pay it forward for the next mutt!
