Daphne is a 6-year-old chihuahua weighing around 9 lbs with a big personality packed into a little frame. She's house-trained and crate-trained, and while she may be a bit shy with strangers at first, she quickly warms up-especially if there's a tasty treat involved! Daphne coexists well with other dogs and has a knack for making the funniest, most adorable little noises that are sure to make you smile. Though she likes to act a little "spicy at times, her foster says it's all for show-underneath, she's a total noodle and super easy to love. Daphne is the perfect mix of sassy and sweet!

The best way to meet our pups is via private meetings or at adoption events. We host these weekly at various locations around NYC.

Our adoption fee ranges from $275-$550 and covers the costs of vetting, boarding, transportation, and other necessary items for our dogs.

We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
