Jetta is an owner surrender to animal control for cruelty. Jetta had a 3 month old injury to her front left leg due to being hit by a car and her owner did absolutely nothing to help her.

She had it amputated 09/13/2024 before coming into rescue, shelter staff and animal control officers out of  Montgomery County Animal Services have been absolutely amazing to work with and took great care of her while she was there.

Jetta is in foster care in VA while healing and is now ready for her forever home, she is up to date on all vaccinations but will need to be Spayed. If the fosters personal dog was not having such a difficult time having another dog in the house the she would be a foster failure.

She is house/crate trained, does well with other dogs once the slow and appropriate introductions are done.  She has pray drive so a home with cats is not advisable, just because she has three legs don’t let that fall you this girl is fast and loves to play.
