A volunteer writes: Lucy Paws is an energetic and inquisitive rabbit who's always a lot of fun. When I let her out, she explores every inch of her pen, running in all directions. She'll sometimes do adorable little flops, but never stays still for long (there's too much to do!). However, I've found she'll make some time in her busy schedule for head pets. Not to mention, she always looks like she's wearing a little tuxedo!

Beautiful dogs, cats, guinea pigs and rabbits are anxiously waiting a home to call their own. All ACC adoptions include vaccinations, a microchip, spay/neuter, one month of free pet health insurance, and a free office visit at a participating veterinarian.

ACC rescues more than 20,000 animals each year. A non-profit organization, ACC is under contract with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) to rescue, care for and find loving homes for homeless and abandoned animals.
