Hi, my name is Beau, I’m a 5-year-old Terrier and I weigh around 37 pounds. I don't remember my life before coming to live with my Aunty but that is ok because I don't have time for the past. I love to run and play and my aunt says I will be perfect for a little boy who loves being outside or an active adult. But don't you worry, I'm good with chilling at the end of the day and getting a belly rub. I am proud to say that I have mastered the art of going out the doggy door to go to the bathroom. At first it seemed strange but now I like it. I am learning how to walk on a leash. I hardly pull at all these days - of course it helps that I'm not on a harness and that I'm getting regular walks. If you are not familiar with my breed, we were breed for hunting and catching small prey so as much as I might want to, I don't play well with small animals. I'm also a bit of an attention hog, I get along with most dogs, but not all. You will never feel alone with me around. You want to throw a ball, well actually if you throw any toy, I get excited. I'm a rough and tumble sort of fella and that makes all the mud splashing and treasure hunting right up my alley. Ok, I must go now, the birds are flying and I must chase. Hope to meet you soon.

In accomplishing this goal, we are contacted to take from shelters from Sacramento to Bakersfield. We take pregnant mama dogs, small breed puppies of all ages, and adult dogs. We take medical cases, owner surrenders of all ages, and FAMILIES ARE NEVER LEFT BEHIND. We are solely foster based for all our canines, and we rely on donations so that we can continue our rescue mission.
