Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Doc! He came in with Grumpy (also available for adoption) and the two enjoy walks together but do not need to be adopted together. He is still a little timid but as you can see from the video (check his post on our Dogs of Del Norte County FB page) he is doing great. He passed his cat testing. Unfortunately due to being severely matted when he came to us he had to be shaved…so he was a little werewolf for Halloween. We are learning more about this guy every day and will keep you posted. He weighs in at 22 lbs and appears to be a wirehaired terrier mix. He does take some time to warm up, he apparently wasn't socialized with humans in his former environment.
Come check out Doc and our other dogs available for adoption at 2650 Washington Blvd, Crescent City, CA 95531. Kennels are open Mon-Fri, 9AM-4PM, or by appointment.
An adoption application will be required from those interested in providing a fab furever home to Doc. Please call us at (707) 464-7235 for additional information. More photos of this dog may be available on the Dogs of Del Norte County Facebook page, where you can also find a link to our adoption application and message us with your inquiries.
