🐕My Story🐕
Hello, I’m Conner! I’m a one-year-old Jindo and Shepherd mix with a soft coat and a curious, gentle spirit. My journey began in the streets of Gwangju, where kind-hearted locals noticed me wandering and brought me to safety. Eventually, caring volunteers rescued me from a shelter and gave me a fresh start—and now, I’m eagerly looking for a forever family to share my love and loyalty.
👨🏻My Social Side 🐕
I might seem a little shy at first, especially around new people, but a tasty treat is the key to my heart! Once I feel comfortable, I enjoy gentle pets and am even okay being lifted up into a cozy hug. I haven’t met many young children yet, but with patience and gentle introductions, I’d be open to getting to know kind, caring humans of all ages.
With other dogs, I’m generally friendly and love saying hello, although I like to approach at my own pace. I play very gently with other dogs and try to avoid any conflicts if possible. I’m also naturally curious about cats I might see during a walk, but I’m easygoing and will continue following along if my human gently guides me.
🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶
My energy level is just right: I’m up for a fun walk or adventure outdoors, and afterward, I love relaxing by your side. Sometimes I might pull a bit on the leash when I catch a new scent or sight, but with a gentle reminder, I’ll be right there following you.
💕More About Me😋
When it comes to mealtime, I’m happy to share my space with my human family, though I appreciate a little distance from other dogs during meals. At home, I’m generally calm and keep my voice low, though I might give vocalize to say hello to visitors to protect our place. I also love a cozy kennel ride, so if we’re heading out together, I’m ready to relax in the car by your side.
In new places, I may leave a little scent mark to introduce myself, though I’m working on it! I also prefer outdoor potty breaks and do well with a consistent routine that makes me feel safe and comfortable.

I’m still discovering the world and learning to be my best self, so I’ll thrive with a patient, loving family who can help me build confidence. With my sweet nature, gentle curiosity, and loyal heart, I’m ready to explore life alongside a special family. Could that be you? I’d love to meet you and find out!
