My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scarlett is 1.5 year old DSH calico with a big personality in a very tiny body. If you're looking for someone to yap with, this is your girl! She is a great companion cat for any other cat--she loves to cuddle and play with any feline friends. She doesn't have much interest in people unless you want to play fetch, and in that case, you're her best friend. She loves hairties and will play with them nonstop.

The reason we need to rehome is behavioral. Unfortunately she is not fond of the litter box, and will need someone who is able to work with her regarding this. We believe she may have experienced some trauma while using a litter box previously, and will not use one if someone is in the same room with her. We have tried multiple boxes, litters, enzyme sprays, and pheromones to try to convince her everything is okay, but she will really only pee in the box. If it's number two, she will go directly in front of the box or nearby.

She's a special girl for a special person.
