Penelope is a sweet fun young lady. She has a very slight case of CH. It is not that noticeable normally just when she gets up from.laying down she is a little steady on her feet.. Penelope is friendly and gets along great with other cats. Her paws are so cute as well, 3 of them have white toes and the other paws is completely black.
