Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Preston is the man-with-the-plan, and he is ready ti share it all with you. He is a big boy, weighing right at 90 pounds, but doesn’t necessarily “act his weight”. He is fairly gentle and only jumps up when invited for a nice hug and a compliment. He walks well with a leash but will pull if he gets excited. He has a bit of kennel anxiety, but would do great with a fenced in yard. We believe he may be house trained, but his kennel anxiety makes it a little harder to fully know if he is. He came in with three other female dogs that he is slightly bonded to, but is bonded more so to just one rather than all three. He has shown us so far that he likes female dogs but needs to be tested with small breed and male dogs and does not like cats. He is very headstrong and knows what he wants, but is easily redirected with a tasty treat, compliments, or attention. Ear scratches, bones, and blankets are a few of his favorite things. We are still learning about Preston and are excited to work with him as his big boy but gentle demeanor make him easily loveable. He takes treats very gently and is ready to connect with a new family soon!
He is heartworm negative, vaccinated, and preparing to be neutered.
