My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cutie pie is Mistletoe, a happy-go-lucky pup who is always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a big puppy smile. She’s as friendly as they come and has a knack for making everyone feel like they are her best friend. Her mom is the sweetest, purdiest, most devoted dog ever and Mistletoe has inherited her wonderful demeanor! Mom is an Australian Shepherd mix from the Crow Indian Reservation and weighs around 40 lbs. Australian Shepherds are known for their keen intelligence and striking appearance. Mistletoe will be a quick learner and thrive with positive training, especially if it involves treats and belly rubs. Mistletoe will be a fantastic match for someone willing to engage her active mind and body. Please remember that training is the very best way to bond with your new caniine companion and we strongly recommend even a basic training class for socialization. Mistletoe can’t wait to meet you!  She will be 8 weeks of age on December 9, 2024.

More about this rescue

Circle 2 Animal Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill 501c3 rescue organization dedicated to rescuing homeless, abused and abandoned animals. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, and local veterinarians, we are able to rescue animals in need, providing them with loving care, and placing them in well-matched, carefully screened permanent homes. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs and horses where they are at risk of euthanasia due to overpopulation, left abused, alone and homeless. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered and receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment. We assist animals in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement.
