Max is a medium terrier mix around 5-6 years old and 25 pounds! He will need to be an only pet and no children. He could be a great dog with someone who is willing to work with him and teach him how to trust again. He has some quirks and triggers, but with learning, he could have a great home life

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
