Maggie is a lovely 3-year old female kitty who arrived at the HSOV on August 20, 2024 after she was found on Walnut Street in Belpre Ohio along with her cute 2-month old male kitten (Hershel).
This beautiful momma kitty has a brown tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and an adorable face with emerald green eyes, a dusting of white on her muzzle, a brown velvet nose, and long white whiskers.
Maggie was given vaccinations and wormer on August 20, 2024. She weighed 6.7 that day. Maggie was given booster vaccines on September 3, 2024.
These photos were taken on November 2, 2024 when Maggie spent time in our 'studio' and turned on the charm. Maggie has a playful, outgoing personality. She thoroughly enjoyed her 15-minutes of fame and her out-of-cage freedom to explore new territory. Maggie gives little 'love nips' as her way of showing affection.
Maggie was separated from her baby boy (Hershel) after he was fully weaned ... And Hershel has an approved adoption application as of November 8th.
Maggie will be spayed (tentatively in mid-December 2024) and will be ready to find a fabulous home either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
