My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor Franklin was found as a stray in Stockton. The kind person who found him, took him home with her and kept him for about a week while looking for his owners. Since coming to our shelter, Franklin has been a very good boy. He can be a bit shy at first, but quickly warms up to people and enjoys being pet. We believe Franklin is about 3-4 years old based on his teeth. Franklin seemed to be comfortable in a home while staying with the family the that found him. He did well with the cats in the house and got along well with the dogs that were close to his own size. He got along with the larger dogs for the most part, but seemed to get nervous when they tried to play with him. Franklin has also been around children 9 and up and seems to do well. He will still need to be neutered and is scheduled to go over on 11/19. Due to his type of coat he will need to be regularly groomed or taken to a groomer. An adoption fee of $350.00 will help cover his neuter and other costs of care. Apply today for a chance to bring Franklin home!
