Scout is a young Greyhound boy at Bexata Animal Sanctuary, Inc. in San Antonio, TX. He is sweet, leash trained, crate trained, house trained, gets along iwith other dog, is beautiful to look at. Plesaes if you have experience with Greyhounds, contact me for a Greyhound Adoption Application. Transportation is available if you come here to pick him up, or if yo9u want to pay for an excellent, experienced transporter for which adopter will pay. He is microchipped but it's not on the ad. I will also share pictures.

You may donate to Bexata through Paypal, or check by mail. Right now we don't use venmo or other forms to receive money. A deposit can be sent though Paypal and balance paid in cash when puppy is picked up.

after application and approval, visit here is next to meet and choose a pup. Usually the pups will choose their adopters.

My application is extremely detailed. If there are red flags, adopters are asked, but if they are not acceptable, there will be no adoption. We are an animal sanctuary in that we have animals for adoption, BUT if any are not adopted, they will live at the sanctuary for life. We don't euthanize and have plenty of space and means to take care of our God given wards. Thee is no online application. They must contact me initially, then an application may or may not be sent depending upon the outcome of the email or phone call.

After an application is approved we will agree to when you may come and meet the puppies and hopefully take one home. We are not a formal organization. Bexata is a small rescue and a farm where things are relaxed and social.
