Meet Luna, a beautiful 2-year-old Dutch Shepherd mix who’s ready to find her forever family! Luna has a nurturing heart and a gentle, calm demeanor. She’s a smaller-sized shepherd mix, making her the perfect companion for someone seeking a loyal sidekick.

Luna is crate, house, and leash trained, so she’s all set for a smooth transition to a new home. She absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a furry friend, though she’s also happy as your one-and-only. While she loves people, she’s a little shy with men at first but warms up quickly with a bit of patience and kindness. Luna would be wonderful in a home where she can be a loyal companion, ideally with children to keep her company and share her gentle spirit. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama, Pennsylvania and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
