My name is Auggie!

Auggie was rescued last Spring from a shelter in GA. They guessed him to be two years old at that time. He went to a week of boarded obedience training last summer and knows the commands off, sit, lay down, and somewhat knows “place.” He walks well with a gentle leader and knows “heel” with a gentle reminder tug on the leader.
He is super sweet and loves to cuddle! He loves children but is unaware of his strength around small children so is not a good fit for a home with younger children in it. He has anxiety which comes out as jealousy of other dogs and being possessive of his owner when other dogs are around. He has attacked my other dog when he gets jealous. Due to this, he needs a home with no other dogs.
Auggie also has a lot of energy and would love a home with a yard and space to run!
