My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.

Hope is a 12 week old sweet tortie baby that was rescued on the street. She was all alone and meowing for help. One of our alumni cat adopters contacted us to see if we could take her in and we said absolutely. She has been in a wonderful foster home and her personality has blossomed. She is now ready to find her forever home, just in time for the holidays!

She is playful, loving, and very smart. She is as cute as a button with a happy demeanor and adorable way about her. She could join a home with another cat, cat savvy dog or children. She could also be your one and only. She loves her people and loves being the center of attention. She would love a cat tree, cozy cat bed and lots of toys in her new home. She would love nothing more than to bring years of joy to her new person or family's life. If you need a little Hope in your life, apply to adopt this precious girl today!

She has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, flea treatment applied, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Please read the biography on the dog first and if the dog sounds like a match, pls fill out an application on our website.

2.
Interview

We review applications and we choose the application(s) that appear to be the best match and we do a phone interview.

3.
Approve Application

If the Interview Team agrees it is a match, then we approve the home.

4.
Pay Fee

In order to make an appointment to meet the dog you are interested in, we require a $50 deposit that goes towards your adoption fee.

5.
Meet the Pet

Once the deposit is paid we then set up the home to meet the dog.

6.
Pay Fee

Pay the Fee and take the dog home!

Doggie Protective Services is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization. Our rescued dogs and cats live in foster homes until we can find them appropriate, responsible, loving homes. We carefully screen potential adoptors through an application and interview process. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not.
