My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes:
Dame Uno came to us with friends Dos and Tres as their owner passed away. She might have been a tinsy winsy shy for a few days but she is right now the sweetest and loving little tiger. Do not expect Uno to burst out of her cubby at the call of her name. It takes a few minutes before she gets up and slowly moves forward toward the entrance of her cubby. Some encouraging words always help of course. Uno is such a gentle soul who loves her cuddles, leans gracefully into pets, purrs and advances into my lap. Yes, she is a lap cat! Uno is truly the promise of a quiet and loving companion and an effortless relationship for still a number of years to come. Uno dreams to belong once again. Will you open your home and heart to this lovely senior?

A volunteer writes: Uno came in with her two siblings Dos and Tres... She remained in her cubby and she flopped around accepting pets. At first I thought she stayed in her cubby for comfort, but on second thought she might have just been cozy and a bit lazy. Uno pushed her head into my hand, soaking up all the love I had to offer. She didn't seem to have much interest in the treats I gave her, but maybe she was too distracted by the pets I offered. She will be a great addition to a home where she can continue to grow and get more comfortable surrounded by love.
