Meet MAXWELL
Maxwell was a little breeder dachshund...he feels more comfortable around dogs than people , but his foster is working on that behavior.. Maxwell is a sweet little guy that wants attention and love that he didnt receive in his early life...
Maxwell is a great little guy! He does have some separation anxiety and would love to have a home with at least another doggie playmate and perhaps someone who is home a lot. He ignores the cats. He is only 2-3 yrs old and weighs around 10 lb. but thinks he is a much bigger dog. He does potty outside He has slept in a doggie bed, but prefers to be close to his human at night..

Kentucky Dachshund Rescue requires an adoption application. You must give three personal references as well as the name of your vet. A home visit is also required to adopt. Fees vary depending on the dog. WE ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS THAT ARE FROM A 6 HR DRIVE FROM GEORGETOWN KY
