Meet RUTHIE
RUTHIE is a little female smooth coat dachshund that weighs 4.8lb...She is puppy pad trained , good with other dogs and cats. She is a possible puppy mill, owner deceased. Has some PTSD and anxiety and is very bonded with Rosie...Ruthie's a tiny tornado - playful, loud, and utterly dramatic. When she's not perfecting her sun-worshipping skills or shredding the yard with epic Zoomies, she's acting puppy pad training and doggy door graduation with honors. Human interactions? Yeah, not her thing... yet. She's glued to her BFF Rosie for security, but give her time, she'll get there, little by little. Still in vetting

Kentucky Dachshund Rescue requires an adoption application. You must give three personal references as well as the name of your vet. A home visit is also required to adopt. Fees vary depending on the dog. WE ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS THAT ARE FROM A 6 HR DRIVE FROM GEORGETOWN KY
