I do crop insurance and I found this dog living in an old barrel, very matted and you could see her ribs. I took her in to try and rehome her but I have been unsuccessful in finding her a new home. She is a very good dog, obviously a bit anxious from being abandoned (She has definitely had an owner). She needs to have a leash. I am willing to send her with a very nice kong harness and a retractable leash. Unfortunately I just cannot keep her in the small living space I have and I hate to see her outside in a kennel with how cold it's going to get come winter months.
