🐕My Story🐕
I’m Michael, a lively and affectionate one-year-old Jindo mix, and I’m thrilled to tell you about myself.
I’m a young boy with a soft white coat mixed with hints of beige, weighing around 12 kg (26 lbs). My journey has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I was raised from a puppy, but after growing a bit bigger, my previous owner decided I wasn’t the right fit. On a snowy day in February 2024, I ended up at a local shelter, but thankfully, some kind volunteers rescued me just in time! I’m now safe, healthy, and fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, ready to find a family who’ll appreciate my big personality.

🐶Personality🐶
I’m friendly and love people, though I can be a bit shy at first. Give me a treat, and I’ll warm up quickly, allowing you to pet and hold me in no time. While I haven’t spent much time around young children, I’m generally playful and curious with everyone I meet. I have a fun-loving personality and am known for my playful, sometimes goofy, energy. I may bark a bit when I see strangers, but it’s just my way of saying hello before settling down.

👫My Social Side❤️
I’m quite the social butterfly with other dogs, and I’ll happily approach both familiar and unfamiliar dogs for a friendly greeting. I’m energetic and playful, so I’d do best with dogs who enjoy a little bit of rough-and-tumble. While I’m generally friendly, I can be assertive with dogs who challenge me, so a proper introduction is best when meeting new dog friends. As for cats, I haven’t been fully tested around them, but I’ve noticed a few passing by on walks. I show interest in them and have tried to follow, though I don’t get overly excited or react strongly.

🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶
I have a high energy level typical of my age, so I need plenty of outdoor activity to stay happy and relaxed. Whether it’s running, exploring, or playing with toys, I’m always ready for an adventure! I may pull a bit on the leash in my excitement, but I love following my human and enjoy spending time outdoors. I’m flexible with potty training, as I’m comfortable using both indoor pads and going outside, making me adaptable to different environments.

I’m an energetic and affectionate dog with a playful spirit. I’m not a big barker, though I’ll let you know if someone new is around, and I settle down quickly after greeting them. I don’t guard my food around humans, but I might give a little growl if another dog comes too close while I’m eating—just a polite boundary! I’m great in a kennel and can be calm and collected when needed. I’d thrive in an active home where I can burn off my energy with lots of play and exercise.

If you’re an active family looking for a spirited, loving companion to join you on adventures, I’d be the perfect match! I can’t wait to bring my playful personality and boundless energy to my forever family.
