My name is Buddy!

This is Buddy. He is the dog that was abandoned and left tied to the railroad crossing sign just down from the shelter. The train goes by at least every half hour and always sounds off its horn. While having him out a train went by and he shook from head to toe. We have taken him out of his run to hang out in our lobby and he hid under the chair and that's where he stayed. He is very friendly and shows no signs of aggression but he is just petrified. This guy could use a nice quiet home to grow some courage and trust. He is very sweet and will let you give him affection but he does not respond like other dogs do. He just acts like he's waiting for something bad to happen. Not sure what all he's been through but we are positive it was nothing good. He would do well with other pets.
