Miss Annie Elizabeth (we decided beautiful princess girls like her deserve two names 🤣) is a nearly 60 lbs pitbull looking for a family. She’s around 3 years old and was just another stray pittie facing euthanasia in Texas before being noticed by a foster and brought into rescue.
Annie’s temp fosters in Texas and her MHCR fosters have nothing but good things to say about her. She’s phenomenal with kids, seems crate trained and housetrained, loves people and snuggling (and isn’t too sure what the cold white stuff outside can be but thinks it’s nonsense and prefers her blankies instead 🤣), walks great on a leash, is fairly low energy/go with the flow, and she likes other dogs. She is a bit of a tank when she first plays with them and doesn’t understand how big she is, so she needs friends that can keep up with that.
Annie is a healthy girl who just had her pearly whites cleaned up and some benign overgrown gum tissue removed. She’s ready to find her forever family and requests all the snuggles and treats.
Annie is in foster in Fort Collins, Colorado.
*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *
