Conrad, along with another dog, was left behind when his family moved. Fortunately a neighbor notice and took both dogs in. One has found a home with the neighbor, but Conrad is going to find his home through Out of the Woods!
This handsome Pointer / Blue Heeler mix is your classic black and white, but you will notice that a lot that fur has mixed together to create gray and what a distinguished look he has! You will see that set in that handsome face, are two piercing blue eyes!
Conrad weighs in at 59 pounds and is full grown, as we estimate his age between 2.5 and 3.0 years. This dog is amazingly well behaved. He works perfectly on leash, no pulling whatsoever! He also enjoys car rides, gets along beautifully with other dogs and when we describe his personality, we just say "chill". Which is sort of odd with this breed of dog ... but it's a great thing and we must ask, "Does it get any better than this?" We think not!
Conrad's rescuer immediately took this boy to the vet and he now up to date on vetting. And to our surprise, he tested negative for heartworms too! All we need for this boy is a home!
