My name is Bo!

Bo is a sweet and spirited 1 year old pup born in October 2023. He’s a unique mix of 58% American Pitbull and 42% Australian Shepherd, commonly known as an “Aussie Pit.”

Bo’s Journey
Bo was found abandoned with his sister on the doorstep of Jackson Pet Emergency. By the time they were brought inside, his sister sadly didn’t survive. Bo himself was extremely sick with Parvo, a potentially fatal virus for young puppies. But one of the vets who fell in love with him took him in, nursing him back to health with dedication and love. While Bo thrived under her care, it became apparent that their lifestyle—a small apartment and long hours away from home—wasn’t the ideal fit for his high energy and need for space.

Bo would thrive in a home with plenty of space to run. Ideally, he’d be suited for a farm or a house with a fenced yard where he can burn off his puppy energy and stay safe.
