My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

File #24-119Current Foster Location: Gananoque, ON *Please note that we do not typically adopt outside of a 2 hour radius from the foster dogs current location* Suitable for Apartment/Attached Living: Yes | Prey Drive: No Hi, Im Amber! Im playful, cuddly, and, yes, a bit squirmy when I'm feeling extra excited (LOL)! I absolutely love eating (who doesnt?), playing with my toys, going on walks, napping, and although I love to play with other dogs, I am making friends with my foster familys cat. Im happiest when Im near my people, soaking up all their love. While at home, I have a few instinctive duties I fulfill on a daily basis. One of which, is quality control. Where I promptly follow my nose to the kitchen to offer my second opinion on taste-testing duties. Another is officer on duty. This is an important role because I let out a bark, to alert you someone is coming to the door. Lastly, and this one is the most fun of all my duties, I am a natural entertainer. I keep them laughing with my quirky little grumbles, groans, and snorts. They also say I have happy paws because I do a joyful little spin whenever Im super excited! When meeting new people patience is key. Once I know I can trust you, Ill be your best friend for life. I get even more excited when you get down on my level and tell me I'm a good girl. After that, it is all butt wiggles and tail wags. Im sweet, unique, and full of personalityfrom my funny noises to my extra toes, I AM ONE OF KIND! I cannot wait to find someone who will love me, as much as I love them! Please visit our website www.ittakesavillagedogrescue.com to learn more about this amazing dog and to see other available dogs.
