All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.

Potpourri is a 2 year old Yorkie x Miniature Poodle mix ready to fill your home with love and sweetness! Potpourri was rescued from the shelter, where she was left for reasons unknown. She was quietly sitting in the back of a kennel dejected as people passed over her, so we knew we had to scoop her up. One bath later and she was ready for snuggles and all the love we had to offer her. Potpourri weighs 10 pounds and she is the perfect size for all the shopping trips and snack runs ahead of her. She has a lightly shedding coat. If you’re looking to fill your home with the scents of the season, come adopt our sweet Potpourri!
Potpourri is the sweetest, most endearing little gal with a heart of gold. When she first arrived at her foster home, she was super scared of the world around her, but within a few hours her velcro, loving nature emerged. She loves cuddling and is always looking for a lap to plop down in or a blanket to snuggle into. Potpourri has soulful eyes that seem to melt when you tell her what a good girl she is. She thrives on love and happiness and will be such a joyful addition to her lucky forever people. She’s much more of a people dog than a dog dog, because people have kisses and scratches to give her! Potpourri rocks a sweater and we can picture her with an overstuffed closet full of warm garments and bandanas. She knows how to find her angle and she poses like the very best of them. Watch out America’s Next Top Model, we’ve got America’s Next Top Paw-del right here! While she’s a velcro dog, she can also keep herself occupied when you need her to. If you’re looking for a WFH buddy who can chill until you’re ready for a break, she’s an ideal companion. She’s much more of a low energy dog, but she loves getting out and stretching her legs on a neighborhood stroll. She’s just an all-around fabulous gal who will make life complete for her lucky forever people!
Potpourri starts her morning around 7 AM by heading straight outside to potty before coming inside for breakfast. She has a healthy appetite and loves sneaking an extra treat (or three). During the day, she hangs out in the living room and the backyard. She loves exploring, as long as her people are nearby for her to scamper back to when she’s ready for cuddles. She spends much of her day hanging on the couch or in a lap. She eats lunch at 1 PM and has dinner at 6 PM. Then, she hangs out more on the couch and gets snuggles for a few hours until she takes herself out for one last potty. Once she comes inside, she goes into her crate for the night.
Potpourri lives with two dogs and gets along with them well. She’s a bit wary around new people, but as soon as you win her over, she’s yours forever. She’d be an option for a home with a resident dog or as a solo pup. Potpourri is working on her socialization and confidence building, so her forever home should be prepared to continue that skill building.
