Rainbow is a gentle 2 year old 40 pound Wheaten mix. She's a true beauty inside and out. While she can be a bit shy at first, her sweet mellow nature shines through once she feels safe. Rainbow absolutely loves the company of other dogs and thrives in their presence making her an ideal companion for another dog. She loves the big outdoors and exploring open spaces around her and would do best in a home with a fenced yard. She'd be a great hiking buddy. Rainbow is super affectionate and loves to cuddle. She's is friendly with strangers and is not a barker. If you're looking for a loyal, low-key friend and buddy for your dog, Rainbow is the perfect addition to your family. Additional adoption info

We require a completed adoption application available on our website. We will request either a veterinarian contact or two personal references.

Our adoption donation is $425 for young and adult dogs and $350 for seniors. Each of our dogs is spayed or neutered, health checked by a veterinarian, teeth are cleaned if necessary, microchipped, groomed and are current on all shots. They also come with a leash, collar and harness.

Our dogs are available for meeting and greeting by appointment in the Los Angeles area. We do our best to match dogs to their best "Forever Homes."

Bichons and Buddies is a not-for-profit organization based in and serving Southern California. Our goal is to rescue Bichons, Bichon mixes and other small dogs who can no longer live with their original guardian or guardians. We believe that each life is meaningful and that all deserve to live out their lives as loving companions in forever homes.
