My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Puppies!

Meet Franceska's babies!

Franceska and her 4 puppies were found in the streets covered in fleas and in need of serious TLC.

Thankfully, Houston Animal Rescue Team - HART took them in and started on showing them what a good life is! Now, they need their forever home to continue living the best life possible.

They were born in August 2024 and have started on their vetting process.

Note that their skin was so damaged by fleas, they are still working hard on growing all their hair back. Forrest also forgot to develop his left eye completely... however, he can see perfectly and is not in any pain.To meet me, please fill out an adoption application on https://www.hartrescue.com/adoption-process

More about this rescue

HART’s board is comprised of Houston-area people who have long been active in dog rescue, and who want to make a difference in outcomes for stray dogs and those surrendered to local shelters. We are a kennel-based system built on a beautiful property in Tomball, Texas.

Rescued dogs are fully vetted and, when ready, adopted out on-site at the facility, or through meetings with fosters. HART also coordinates with shelters in the northern U.S. to find homes for dogs that aren’t adopted locally. Additionally, HART provides information, education and community advocacy to improve animal welfare, via adoption and fundraising events, visits to schools, and through social media. We are working with a dedicated group of volunteers to reaffirm that Houston has a terrific HART.
