Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Baxter is a sweet boy that loves to cuddle, play ball, tug of war with his rope, going for walks and howling along with the train horn. He has the prettiest ice blue eyes. He does not have any indoor behavioral issues and is housebroken. He has typical husky behavior from being “talkative”, eating ice cubes and lounging in the snow.
I took him in for a friend that needed to rehome him asap aprox 1.5 year ago due to an emergent health issue that arose. We live on a farm with chickens & goats and I am needing to rehome him because unfortunately his boredom has been getting the better of him and he has started killing chickens when he is left unattended outside (to protect the land with our other guard dogs.)
He is great with kids and there have been no issues with our indoor cats or other dogs. This is heartbreaking for me because he really is such a good dog that I love so much but I just cant break this habit he has gotten into nor convince my husband to let me keep him any longer.
