My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gypsi was part of a large group of kittens rescued from the garage of an abandoned house in Miami. Gypsi was treated by a veterinary ophthalmologist and is now a healthy happy girl. Gypsi loves to be snuggled, doesn’t mind being carried and gets along great with other cats. Gypsi has a more mellow type of personality and would make a great companion.

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
