My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***Courtesy listing located in Dublin, GA. Buster is available for adoption through SoCo Rescue. An app for his adoption should be submitted at socorescue.com. Questions about Buster and/or our adoption policy should be sent to socorescue8@gmail.com. Please do not call the rescue's number.***

Buster was given to a woman who has fostered for our rescue in the past and has been at her home since July 2024. The woman has asked us to help in finding him a permanent home.

Buster isn't just another "pretty face", he's also a highly intelligent pup. In the short time that he's learned basic commands of "sit", "shake" and will stay by the woman's side off leash. He's been great with other dogs, cats and loves everyone he meets. He's very playful and energetic but also loves snuggling up next to his humans. While he loves spending most of his time living outdoors, Buster has also had some training as an indoor dog but may need additional training to fully master the skill.

Buster has been neutered and has received an update on all of his annual vaccinations and de-wormings. In Oct of this year, he tested negative for heartworms and has been kept up to date on both his heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.
