My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dancer is an adorable female puppy, an intriguing mix of Australian Cattle Dog and Huskey, born September 10, 2024. Dancer currently weighs 10 pounds, she is expected to grow to approximately 50 pounds as she matures.  W ith a heart full of sweetness and a zest for life, her playful and affectionate nature is sure to bring endless joy and laughter to your home. Dancer's love for belly rubs makes her an ideal companion for families looking for a loving and interactive furry friend.

Things to Know About Husky and Cattle Dog Mixes

Huskies are known for their striking appearance, intelligence, and energetic nature. They are independent yet affectionate dogs that thrive in environments where they can engage in physical activities. Huskies are social creatures that enjoy being part of a pack, making them great companions for active families.

Australian Cattle Dogs, on the other hand, are renowned for their high energy levels, intelligence, and herding instincts. They are loyal and protective, often forming strong bonds with their families. Cattle Dogs require both mental and physical stimulation to keep them happy and healthy.

A mix of these breeds results in a dog that is energetic, intelligent, and eager to please, requiring plenty of exercise and engagement.

More about this rescue

We are dedicated to saving dogs from high kill shelters, strays, owner surrenders and hoarders. We have been saving animals since December 2016. We hold weekly adoption events at various pet stores and pet expos. We hire dog walkers to walk our dogs and we have volunteers who help us weekly. Many of our dogs go to boarding and training to become adoptable and work on their behavioral issues. All our dogs are assessed to find a great family match.

All dogs receive all necessary medical attention and all dogs are vetted.
