Meet MAGNOLIA, a one-and-a-half-year-old gal who was the loving mom to kittens. Now she is ready for a home of her own. Magnolia is friendly and will walk up to anyone and rub against them. She will sit next to you or with you and loves to be pet. Magnolia loves to look out the window and loves to take a nap on the windowsill. She has a mouse toy she loves to play with on her own. Magnolia loves her food and treats of all kinds. Magnolia can be an only kitty or can live with other cats after a proper introduction.

Magnolia is located in Westchester, NY.

She is spayed, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

Adoptions are based on an interview, home visit and reference checks.
There is a basic contract that will need to be reviewed and signed to adopt any of our dogs or cats.
Adoption fee is as follows:
Dogs over 1 Year -$250
Pure Bred Dogs and , Puppies $400
Cats and Kittens $100.
