My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My daughter got Duke from a friend of a friend when he was only 8 weeks old. We were told he is half lab and half husky (hence his one blue eye) He is a super sweet boy but definitely a retriever. He gets along well with humans/children, cats, and other dogs. He turned a year old on June 27th, 2024 so he is still young and full of energy! He loves to play with the stray cat that comes in our fenced in yard. He is up to date with all shots and neutered. I want him to go to a kind and loving home. He does well inside and outside and would do best in a home with other dogs that he can play with. He loves to play tug of war, fetch (although he makes you work for the stick to get it back 🤣) and he loves children! With our busy schedules (both of us work 2 jobs now) it has become hard to be with him as much as we/he would like. It breaks my heart that we have to rehome him but it is what is best for him and us at this time! Please help us find him a loving home 🙏
