Meet Flurry: The Fierce, Sweet, and Wobbly Wonder!
Flurry is a 1-year-old 18lb French bulldog with an incredible spirit and an unforgettable sway in her step. Due to a squished vertebra, she has a bit of a wobbly walk but let us be clear—Flurry is NOT paralyzed! She’s faster than many dogs because she’s worked hard to build her strength, and she’s absolutely unstoppable. If you’re a true rescue lover who understands the unique charm of a Frenchie, Flurry could be the girl you’ve been waiting for!
These energetic sweetheart loves to play, cuddle, and stick to her person like glue—she’s a total Velcro dog who’ll follow you everywhere, from the bathroom to the car. Flurry wants to be part of every moment and has a soft, sweet presence that’ll warm your heart.
While she’s a playful and protective friend, Flurry has no problem setting boundaries with a polite little snap, especially with her foster siblings. She’s a loyal protector of her foster lab sister (who’s three times her size!) against a golden doodle who is 3xs her size, and always wants to be part of the group. Although she’s mostly confident, Flurry’s got a gentle side from her self-reliant start in life. She is a professional cuddler and will always get first place trophy in that category. While shopping at HomeGoods is her jam she will be a delight on the couch watching Netflix also.
Flurry will thrive in a home that can help keep her strong. With activities like water therapy (swimming with a life jacket!), treadmill work, and long walks to build up her back-end strength, she will thrive even more. Acupuncture could also be beneficial for her. With a consistent schedule and positive reinforcement, she’s making progress in potty training and absolutely glows with pride every time she’s praised for her successes!
